Park City Old Town
Old town is the heart of Park City. Walk or bike to everything. Ski lift into town and ski back again. Tons of activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, trails, a skateboard park the list goes on and on.
Park City Extended
Don't want to live in the heart of Old Town? We still have plenty to offer you. From the communities at the base of the ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyons Resort) to the vibrant Kimball Junction area. We have golfing, skiing, over 3000 miles of hiking and biking trails and chances are you can still ride your bike to Park Silly Market.
Tollgate Canyon
Nestled in the mountains surrounding Park City this quiet mountain community is and incredible escape from the city. Residents enjoy a plethora of wildlife, moose, deer, elk, and an occasional mountain cat. This area is not for everyone, but if you are willing to work a little you can enjoy the serenity and majesty of Utah's mountains without bumping into too many people.
Summit County
Lake Rockport Estates, Wanship, Coalvile, and Kamas Valley are all beautiful places to live. Many agricultural communities are just outside of park city. Coalville, Kamas and Oakley all have parks and trails and a great sense of community. All of these areas offer a slower pace of life.
If you are looking for lake side living, consider Rockport Estates. Water rights in Utah are difficult and many of our 'lakes' are man made resivors . Having that idealic cabin on the lake is difficult here. Rockport is a community that was originally built to enjoy the lake. Great views and easy lake access are available here.

Heber Valley
Heber and Midway are bedroom communities just south of Park City. Both towns offer a small town feel and both areas offer high end homes and starter homes. Many people who like horses will choose this valley. Lower altitude make the winters more mild. The HGTV dream home was built in Midway this year. Try out the Spin Cycle cafe or head over to Midway for Swiss days.
